Hildegard Von Bingen's kitchen. Based on 12th century German monastic architecture, with codex featuring pages from the Voynich Manuscript (my own personal cross-fanfiction). Props featured indicate her polymath genius: medicinal herbs (hero-modeled, no alpha) Bertram/feverfew, rosemary and sage, Rebec (Arabic-influenced medieval instrument originating in 10th century). 12th century boot features accurate leather and single-lacing. Paintings on wall taken from the frescoes of Elmelunde Church in Denmark, historically inaccurate as probably completed in 15th century but meant as artistic flourish. Frosted glass bottles modeled accurately according to contemporary art and artifacts. Furniture sourced from artifacts that date between 1000-1450 AD.
